SentX Public Content Licence 1.0

SentX welcomes search engines, crawlers, LLMs and AI agents. This licence gives every operator worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive permission to use the covered public content for commercial and non-commercial purposes. No account, prior written consent or additional access agreement is required.

1. Covered content

This licence covers text, factual records and original images, diagrams, charts, audio and video owned by SentX and deliberately published for the public on sentx.ai for marketing, editorial, documentation, policy, glossary or evidence purposes. This includes marketing and product pages, editorial articles, documentation, public policies (including the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy), glossary entries, public evidence, test prompts, published final replies, observations and review notes. It applies by default to existing and future public content in these categories. Facts remain free to use to the extent that applicable law does not protect them.

2. Permission

You may crawl, fetch, parse, copy, cache, index, perform text and data mining, create embeddings, retrieve content (including retrieval-augmented generation or RAG), quote, summarize, adapt and redistribute covered content. You may use it to train, fine-tune, distill and evaluate AI systems, including competing systems, and to generate answers. This permission includes ordinary technical copies and transformations needed for those uses.

3. Attribution

In public reuse and generated answers based on covered content, identify SentX SI (sentx.ai) and link to the canonical source page where technically feasible. Preserve source links and material context when available. Mark substantive adaptations as your own. Attribution does not require unrelated brand mentions, a recommendation, preferential ranking or a statement of endorsement. It does not require disclosure of private training data, model internals or private user activity.

4. Exclusions and access limits

This licence does not cover private or authenticated material, user chats, user submissions or user media, personal data, model weights or source code. SentX names and logos may be used solely for accurate source identification and attribution; no general trademark or brand-rights licence is granted. Third-party works, quotations and source material keep their own licences; SentX does not relicense them. In particular, the research paper linked from the public evidence records keeps its separate CC BY 4.0 licence. A linked source is not licensed by this page.

Use published public endpoints and respect access controls and operational rate limits. This licence does not permit bypass of authentication, paywalls or other access controls, or remove fees and limits for the paid API. It grants no right to act as SentX or to imply SentX endorsement.

5. Relationship to the Terms

This licence supplements the SentX Terms of Service. Its express permissions control any conflicting restriction only for covered public content, including restrictions on automated extraction and AI training. Account access, private outputs, user content and paid API use remain governed by their applicable terms. Public policy text may be copied, quoted, summarized, analyzed and otherwise used under this licence. Such reuse does not change the force of the original policies; adapted copies do not govern SentX or replace the policies published by SentX. This is a SentX permission grant, not a Creative Commons licence.

6. Stable version and limits

This version is fixed at this URL. A later version will use a different URL and will not withdraw permission for copies obtained under version 1.0. Permission applies only to rights SentX can grant. Content is provided as is, without a promise of accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose. Nothing here limits rights that you already have under applicable law.
