Updated
Meaning 1: the US government term for AI
On 29 September 2026, the White House announced an executive order titled “Inaugurating The Era Of Super Intelligence”. Its fact sheet says the order replaces the term “Artificial Intelligence” (“AI”) with “Super Intelligence” (“SI”) and directs federal departments and agencies to use “Super Intelligence” and “SI” in official correspondence.
In this usage, SI names the same technology most people still call AI. The fact sheet gives no formal definition; it asks for a federal definition to be proposed.
Meaning 2: SI (Superintelligence) at SentX
SentX SI uses SI for Superintelligence: intelligence that greatly exceeds human ability across most fields. Superintelligence is SentX's research mission.
The name is not a claim that today's tools are superintelligent. SentX's chat, image, video and API tools are AI products, and SentX describes them as AI.
